Metrocology was retained by Moser Design Group architects to prepare a master plan and building program for a new neighborhood in Darian GA. The heavily wooded marsh front property required careful planning around specimen trees that were to be retained adding character to and anchoring parks and open spaces designed for the neighborhood.

Moser Design developed a series of house plans reflecting the residential density program developed by Metrocology. The plans enabled the development to mix housing types and create an identifiable center. Much of the marsh front is set aside for public access by residents, adding value and amenity to lots not located along the marsh.
